Lying bare, tied to rail

Yesterday high
Tomorrow low
Tuesday kisses
Thursday blows

He cannot tell
That wishing wells
Will not spare
The speeding train

But it shall be
A bit too late
For when he vexed
He cast his fate

A prayer for the individual in us

I felt the same weariness
Of talking to a thousand
While talking to the one
Because talking to the thousand
Was like talking to one
All mundane and flat
All with the same life tone
Like Jaguar's seventeen similar songs

And I fell flat on my face
For it was worse than death
The subjection to
Another day, another death
On the sword of generic gild

On Blind Sheep

Preaching water
drinking wine
Stinking rich
your flock no dime

You own the sheep
and lead by stick
They bleat as they follow
you to the burning pit

Of Uninvited Dreams

You come to me
In the late of night
In my deepest slumber
You bloody cur

You encroach my mind
Yet I stand firm
Because all you are
Is a harmless dream

Out Rafting

I put my gut on my sleeve,
And jumped onto the wild waters boat,
And raft I did,
Yet I did not even know how to swim.
Nothing can scare me now.

O' Silent Morning

Today the silent was ... so loud
So loud that I could hear nothing else
Nothing else but the awkward discomfort
Awkward discomfort that was very much needed
Much needed because there was too much noise
Too much noise that caused a disconnect
A disconnect between me and self
Me and self are now one
Now one thanks to the power of retrospective silence
